Application Fee

The application fee for each course of Madurai Kamaraj University PG Entrance Exam 2018 is Rs. 600/-. Applicants who are willing to apply for more than one course should use separate application form for each course.

The payment should be made through SBI-I Collect, The Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai.

Documents Need to be submitted with Application Form

• SSLC, HSE mark statement
• U.G./P.G degree Marks statement / Grade certificates/ Provisional Certificate
• Income Certificate obtained 3 months prior to the date of advertisement (for SC/ST/Blind candidates only) from the competent issuing authority.
• Certificate of Physically Handicapped / Leprosy cured: Candidates who want them to be considered under the Physically Handicapped category should submit the certificate obtained from an authorized Medical Officer of the specialty concerned not below the rank of Civil Surgeon together with the photograph showing the nature of handicap.
• Sports Certificate: Candidates who want them to be considered under the Sports category should produce a certificate obtained from the concerned University Physical Director in Form-I/II/III for having represented the State / Inter-University tournaments/athletics.
• Ex-servicemen Certificate: Certificates to be produced
• +2 marks statement (compulsory)
• Two recent passport size photographs of the applicant should be affixed; one on the column provided in the application form and the other in the Hall-Ticket.

The entries in the application form should be made by the applicant in their own handwriting legibly in ENGLISH only. The candidates should fill-up the hall-ticket and NRI/sponsored certificate (if applicable) attached to the application and send along with the application. Hall tickets will be sent your mail address or downloaded before entrance examination in the website. Hall ticket will be available from March 30th, 2018.

Madurai Kamaraj University PG Entrance Exam 2018 – State Level is going to conducted by Madurai Kamaraj University. This entrance exam will allow admission into two categories for various PG courses. Category A will allow admission through Entrance Exam Marks, and Category B will allow admission on the basis of the marks obtained in Qualifying exams. Application Form

The Application Form for the Madurai Kamaraj University PG Entrance Exam 2018 State Level for category A & B is available online at the official site mkuniversity.org or they can download the application form from the direct link provided below. The candidate who wishes to pursue their academics can fill the application form. The candidates need to download and will the application form with valid details and have to submit the duly filled application form to the university or they can post it to university. The duly filled application form should be submitted with appropriate xerox copy of documents along with it. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for any course.

Application Fee

• The application fee for the Category A, all PG courses is Rs. 300/-.
• The application fee for the Category B, all PG courses is Rs. 200/-
• The application fee for the Category B, all Post PG Diplom Courses is Rs. 300/-.

Candidates need to submit the fee through the Demand Draft in Favour of the Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, payable at Madurai

Documents Need to be submitted with Application Form

The candidates have to submit Xerox copies of the following certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent.

• SSLC,HSE mark statement
• U.G./P.G. Degree Marks statement /Grade certificates/ Provisional Certificate.
• Community certificate obtained from Tashildar/ Deputy Tashildar concerned Otherwise it will not be taken into account.
• Income Certificate obtained 3 months prior to the date of advertisement (for SC/ST/Blind candidates only) from the competent issuing authority.

• The candidates should fill-up the hall-ticket and sponsored certificate (if applicable) attached to the application and send along with the application
• Two recent passport size photographs of the applicant should be affixed; one on the column provided in the application form and the other in the Hall-Ticket (if applicable).
• Two self-addressed, stamped envelopes, each for Rs.10/- should be enclosed
• A Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, payable at Madurai towards registration fee as prescribed by the University should be enclosed. SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of Registration Fee for only one course.
• If a candidate wants to apply for more than one course offered by the University, separate application should be submitted for each course. Demand Draft towards registration fee as prescribed by the University should be enclosed with each application. For SC/ST candidates, the exemption from payment of Registration fee is applicable only for one course and with additional applications; Demand Draft towards registration fee as prescribed by the University should be attached with each application.

The Demand Draft should have been obtained after the date of notification and on or before the last date specified for receipt of filled-in application.

Note: Cheques, Postal Orders, Money Orders and cash will not be accepted. Students should write their name, complete address, and course for which applied in Block letters on the reverse side of the demand draft. Registration fees once paid, will not be refunded, adjusted or transferred under any circumstances.
